John McDonald, Founder
John applies his strong Lean Six Sigma skills to help clients reduce company expenditure and increase revenue. He has a consistent record of supporting sustained growth and increasing competitiveness in volatile business environments.
John holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Business Studies, a Dip. CII, and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He also holds a Certificate in Training from the Irish Institute of Training and Development.

Mary Coffey, Consultant
She has wide-ranging knowledge and business acumen gained from roles including Operations and Supply Chain Management with a start-up multinational software corporation, Management Consulting with a global IT consulting firm, and Customer Service and Logistics Management in the software manufacturing sector. Her SME experience was gained from managing her own successful retail business.
A Business Studies graduate, Mary also holds an MBA. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds Certificates in Production and Inventory Management, Purchasing and Materials Management, and Train the Trainer.

Deirdre Smith, Consultant
She led Zandar through their acquisition in 2007 by Harris Corporation, a $5 billion US ICT company. Deirdre held various management positions within Harris until 2010.
Deirdre holds an engineering degree from TCD and is a Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors. She sits on the board of the National Standards Authority of Ireland and the Governance Board of the Clinical Research Facility at St. James’s Hospital. She is a non-executive director of charity RSI, and is on several Advisory Boards.
Deirdre is a lead entrepreneur with Going for Growth, an EU-supported initiative for female CEOs, and has been mentoring ambitious female business owners since 2010. She is also a mentor with the DCU Ryan Academy start-up accelerator, Propeller, and has been an Enterprise Ireland mentor for several years.
