John McDonald, Founder
With over twenty five years’ experience, he held a variety of roles in operational management and programme management. As a result he has the ability to manage large multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges. Furthermore, he has a consistent record of supporting sustained growth in volatile business environments.
John holds a B.A. in Business Studies, a Dip. CII and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He also holds a Certificate in Training from the Irish Institute of Training and Development.

Mary Coffey, Associate Consultant
start-up multinational software corporation, Management Consulting with a global IT consulting firm, Customer Service and Logistics Management in the software manufacturing sector and managing her own successful retail business.
A Business Studies graduate (Marketing Specialism), Mary also holds an MBA and Certificates in Production and Inventory Management and Purchasing and Materials Management.

Brona Russell, Associate Consultant
Brona’s research and focus is Organisational Behaviour, Change Management, Principles of Management and Cross-Cultural Management. She is a Management Consultant and is an Adjunct Lecturer for UCD in Ireland and overseas.
Her career also shows a strong operational focus; she successfully implemented policy and operational change in a variety of areas including supply chain, business process re-engineering, quality initiatives, systems implementation, cost reduction, waste management and energy management.
Her experience has extended across the automotive, manufacturing, retail, entertainment, I.T. and finance industries.
She is a member of the Academy of Management and a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training and Development. Brona holds a Ph.D. in Management from University College Dublin, a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College (Brunel University) and a Master of Arts from Trinity College Dublin

Deirdre Smith, Associate Consultant
Deirdre is passionate about consulting, mentoring and guiding start-up companies and SMEs. Her focus includes business plan development and investor readiness, feasibility studies, route-to-market strategies, team building and raising finance. She also delivers workshops on Innovation, Strategy, Communications, Product Management and Board Development.
With a strong engineering, operations and commercial background, Deirdre was the CEO of Zandar Technologies plc from 1999, which developed award winning MultiViewer solutions for the broadcast video monitoring sector worldwide.
She led Zandar through their acquisition in 2007 by Harris Corporation, a $5bn, 15,000 strong US headquartered listed company (NYSE: HRS). Deirdre held various management positions with Harris, an international communications and information technology company serving government and commercial markets in more than 150 countries, until 2010.
Deirdre holds a BA BAI, Engineering and is a tech. entrepreneur and Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors. She sits on the board of the NSAI (National standard Authority of Ireland), the Governance Board of the Wellcome Trust-HRB Clinical Research Facility at St. James’s Hospital in Dublin, is a non-executive director of Raynaud’s & Scleroderma Ireland, a registered charity, and is on several Advisory Boards. Deirdre is a Lead entrepreneur with Going for Growth; an EU supported initiative for female CEOs, and has been mentoring ambitious female business owners for three years. She is also a mentor with the DCU Ryan Academy start-up accelerator, Propeller, and is an Enterprise Ireland mentor for several years.
Olivier Cornet, Associate Consultant
He is an accomplished trainer and effective problem solver with excellent communication skills. This proficiency is strengthened by a very substantial linguistic background. He holds a certificate in Business Spanish and speaks fluent English, French and has a working knowledge of German.
Olivier holds a Master’s degree in Applied Languages, specialising in International Business, Trade and Law. In addition, Olivier is the founder of the Olivier Cornet art gallery, a business that has allowed him to develop complementary skills such as curation, event management, artist representation, cross-disciplinary collaborations, public relations, and social media.
